Office Coordinator
CIRCUIT COURT
Serves as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to general inquiries from the public and internal and external partners.
Assists in ensuring efficient operations in the Circuit Court Judges’ Chambers.
Handles incoming and outgoing mail, both email and postal mail.
Manages office supplies, by keeping inventory to ensure all necessary materials are stocked, and orders supplies when necessary.
Assists with the planning and implementation of events and programs.
Submits reimbursements to the Office of the Executive Secretary.
Performs other duties as assigned in support of the team.
Assists with docket preparation and jury tasks daily.
Performs routine office tasks, such as typing, filing, faxing, photocopying, scheduling, and message taking.
Serves as the main point of contact for this office regarding the Sheriff’s Office Home Electronic Monitoring and Work Release Programs.
Assists with the operation of audio visual equipment.
Serves as the primary backup to the Docket Administrator and Jury Coordinator.
