Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Interact with
customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide assistance, answer
inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Order Processing: Assist
customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments to
ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

Problem Solving: Listen
to customers' concerns and find effective solutions to meet their needs,
escalating complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Product Knowledge: Develop

accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Documentation: Maintain
detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some
college coursework or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity
with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks,
and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data
entry and documentation.
