Typical tasks include:
- Develop and implement individual service plans for a small caseload of intensive cases, including coordination and monitoring of care/services
- Participate in the evaluation of the program's quality assurance and compliance through quality reviews
- Provide regularly scheduled supervision to assigned Clinician I and Clinician II employees to include training, assignment of cases, and evaluation work
- Provide program orientation to new staff
- Complete monthly probationary evaluations on new employees
- Complete annual performance evaluations on assigned employees
- Participate and represent the agency in community outreach
- Maintain client records in accordance to program policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
- Review and approve case management ISPs for assigned employees
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
