Systems Analyst II

The City of Chesapeake is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst II to support the technological needs of Chesapeake Libraries. This position will serve as team lead and will be responsible for managing staff and projects as well as providing technical services for all Library systems. The selected candidate will contribute to the analysis, development, maintenance, testing and support of these systems by engaging in various technical and customer facing tasks such as business process definition and requirements gathering. Additionally, this position requires the ability to supervise and work with technical and business staff to develop and maintain effective solutions. Strong project management experience is necessary.
