What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage account
representatives, support engineers, & technicians
- Manage safety initiatives,
customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program
performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication
of business expectations & results.
- Maintain and build
business/customer relationships.
- Meet sales, gross profit,
product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the
customer.
- Work closely with District
Manager to continually assess personnel and develop sales team plan
through PDR process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 5+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
- Documented results solving
complex and non-routine technical problems
- Project management of complex
projects
- Strong relationship management
skills
- Experience learning new
concepts and/or technology and applying them
- Ability to work with autonomy
and direct/coach indirect reports
- Documented results using a
consultive sales process
