Responsibilities
include
- Open and close building each shift and complete daily
maintenance.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Update social media stories.
- Collect tuition and other fees and post on client
accounts.
- Follow the outlined process for sales and conversions.
- Process new student enrollment and provide support
through the entire lifecycle of the customer.
- Assist with onboarding, retention, marketing and
customer service campaigns.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues, if
needed.
- Assist with costumes and organization.
- Sell merchandise and update inventory log, including
sizing students for dance wear.
- Anything else requested by your supervisor
Availability on Friday
and Saturdays are required.
