Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates, posts, and coordinates images and engaging content published to the firm’s social media accounts
  • Monitors social media accounts and conversations about the firm on social media and identifies interaction opportunities
  • Collaborates with offices, practices, and affinity groups to carry out targeted social/multimedia strategies
  • Understands and utilizes various technology platforms to leverage social media and other content
  • Uses analytics tools to monitor social media campaigns
  • Organizes social content calendars for the firm’s niche social media accounts
  • Updates support materials used to train attorneys on how to utilize social media for business development
  • Keeps abreast of the latest technology and makes recommendations for future implementation
  • Serves as a resource to other marketing professionals by being aware and knowledgeable of department protocols and where to find information
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Assists with digital marketing strategies/initiatives as needed
  • Collaborates with marketing and other business professional throughout the firm across functions and teams
  • Other responsibilities and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment that works well under pressure
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and possesses excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing/communications role at a professional services firm or within a regulated industry
  • Knowledge and experience across all social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge and experience in Buffer or other social media management software, Wikipedia, and Google my Page
  • Experience with graphic design a plus. (Canva/Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of AP Style, as well as rules of English grammar and style
  • Knowledge and experience in SEO
