What would you do?
- Manage the full lifecycle of
tickets from team to fan.
- Coordinate ticketing operations
across multiple online sales channels, ensuring timely and accurate
distribution of tickets while identifying opportunities for improved
merchandising.
- Manage key inventory management
milestones throughout a season, including but not limited to:
- Assist in the planning and
execution of special events related to ticket sales such as schedule
releases and on-sales.
- Tracking and reconciling ticket
inventory movements to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Adjusting delivery schedules
and execution based on automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with technology
teams to enhance ticketing systems and processes for improved efficiency
and user experience.
- Provide support to customer
service teams regarding ticketing inquiries and issue resolution.
- Analyze information to determine priorities and trends, track your portfolio success metrics, and focus on continuous improvement.
What is required to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis
in sports marketing/management, or a related field
- Experience in ticketing or
other related services industries. Professional sports team or concert
ticketing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and experience with ticketing software, CRM systems, and customer
service software is preferred.
- Curiosity and self-motivation
to examine and re-examine problems to find new and creative solutions.
- Passion for technology,
entertainment, and delivering exceptional fan experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to
changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights,
weekends, and holidays as needed.
