Operations Support Specialist (Administrative Assistant)

You will contribute to the Operations Department by
- Ordering all appropriate
documents including pay history, title work, appraisal, payoffs, and other
required documents
- Moving proper loan information
into the Calyx Point system for processing
- Performing quality control
checks on completed appraisals
- Completing the broker approval
process
- Performing post-closing
“Servicing” quality control including initial post-closing review for
completion and accuracy
- Assembling, reviewing, and
delivering custodial collateral “blue folder” packages to Capital Partner
Management team
- Monitoring and updating
departmental databases and trackers
- Delivering daily/weekly
reporting
- Maintaining current knowledge
of all company loan programs and their requirements
- Adhering to all company
policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm CST
- Hybrid position: In office rotations required. Applicants must be
within commutable distance of our office
What We Are Looking
For
- Someone with at least 1 year of
administrative experience
- Someone with a High School
Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
- Someone with knowledge of
Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and
Excel
- Preferably someone with real
estate knowledge
- Someone with strong attention
to detail and accuracy
- Someone who can demonstrate
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Someone with the ability to
work as a part of a team
- Someone with the ability to
self-motivate and problem solve quickly and accurately
- For Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer.
