Supervision of overall F&B operations to include
- Product
selection/costing/analysis, product acquisition, pricing and points of sale for
general concessions, suite boxes and catering. Product management and product
distribution
- Creation of a
recruitment strategy and implementation of staffing of all concessions
operations to include fixed and mobile points of sale, suite boxes and catering
- Creation of seasonal
departmental budget with a goal of maximizing profits while maintaining
superior quality of both product, service and guest experience
- Inventory
Management, prepare various operating and reconciliation reports. Monitor
inventory and balance sales to remaining inventory on consistent basis
- Maintain positive in
venue customer and vendor relations through effective communication.
Supervision of merchandise operation to include
- Product
selection/costing/analysis, product acquisition, design when appropriate,
pricing including commissions as required and point of sale
- Recruitment and
hiring of all merchandise operations points of sale, product management and
product distribution
- Creation and
supervision of a budget with a goal of maximizing profits while maintaining
superior quality of product and service
- Balance inventory to
product sales and settle with outside vendors as required
- Maintaining of positive client and vendor relations through effective communication.
Safety and Security
- Work with contracted
security reviewing security calls, monitoring compliance with safety
regulations and reviewing the levels of effectiveness and courtesy of
appropriate personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
required with a major in tourism and hospitality preferred
- Minimum of three
years’ experience at managerial level of similar operation required.
- Food & beverage
management, Contract management, POS/Data and Communications technology
experience preferred

- Demonstrated

- Strong organizational
and managerial skills required.
- Strong interpersonal
skills
- Ability to work well
with a wide variety of personalities
- Operational financial
management accountability and budgeting experience

Reporting and
supervision
- Reports to the Vice
President, while supervising Assistant Manager of Customer Experience, servers
and events staff.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work
in an outdoor environment with variable temperatures, loud noises, frequent
walking and standing
- Occasional bending
and lifting
- Regularly required
to sit in front of a computer
- Visual acuity
sufficient to see and distinguish required reports and computer system
- Occasional bending,
reaching, climbing on step stool, lifting
- Occasional lifting
and carrying, up to 40 lbs
- Occasional pulling/pushing of carts
