Job Description:
- Perform maintenance and repair on various types of building equipment; to include HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, alarm systems, door lock/key systems, lighting, etc. This may include overseeing contractor work and providing quality insurance inspection of such work.
- Maintain necessary city records and purchase materials.
- Participate in process improvement, training, and other team building activities.
