Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain
departmental compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure departmental
adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Recordkeeping and managing 50+ employees.
- Schedule, route, maintain, and track transport vehicles.
- Registering,
licensing, and keeping inspections up to date.
- Resolve disputes.
- Analyze the
effectiveness of operations.
- Paperwork with the
DMV, NYS and compliance agencies.
- Implement and enforce
transportation scheduling and policy changes.
- Oversight of safety
through meetings and audits.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of
management experience in the transportation industry
- Experience managing
a high number of employees.
- Experience
implementing new strategies in an organization.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
