Essential Tasks and
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products to fulfill orders
- Assists in ensuring all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards
- Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product
- Visually inspects product, follows proper procedures to reduce or eliminate
product damage
- Responsible for accurately receiving all perishable products from outside
vendors and other storage facilities
- Ensures accurate count and product specs and notifies appropriate personnel
of unusual situations
- Responsible for accurately rotating stock and maintaining the integrity of
the product by ensuring it is in the proper temp environment
- Helps clean and level pallets for inventory
- Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day
- Strives to reach the KPIs of the business
- Performs other related duties
Physical Demands and
Work Environment
- Work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -0 degrees
Fahrenheit and below
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the
head
- Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day
throughout the facility

Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- One year of Warehouse/Freezer experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers’ orders and
remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision
- Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time
management, and prioritization
- Treat it like you own it –Take ownership and responsibility to be successful

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing

- The ability to work a flex schedule, working various of hours and shifts,
including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
