Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sound
administrative systems in support of the JCC Executive Team, and the
entire organization, as directed
- Schedule meetings and organize
activities that support the needs of the Chief Executive Officer and the
Executive Team
- Responsible for management,
prioritization, drafting and editing communications in support of the
Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team
- Coordinate board and committee
process, including creation and dissemination of materials
- Coordinate administrative
programming, budget, and staff meetings
- Attend and take minutes of
meetings as directed
- Task management for Chief
Executive Office and the Executive Team
- Develop and manage aggregation
of statistics and variance to goal in coordination with each JCC
department for the purpose of reporting, adherence to goal, and continual
improvement of operations
- Manage and reconcile Chief
Executive Officer's expenses and invoicing as needed
- Manage business travel for
professional staff as directed
- Have a strong working
relationship with lay leaders as well as professional staff
- Maintain a high level of
proficiency in MSOffice and other administrative software
- Provide assistance to the Chief
Executive Officer, as directed
- Participate on various projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum associate degree or comparable professional experience.
- Ideal candidate is a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a high level of organization, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Candidate must be a skilled writer and high-quality communicator who works well with others.
- Must be proficient with MSOffice.
