Responsibilities
- General cleaning, surface, and windows, sweeping, mopping etc.
- Emptying indoor and outdoor
trash.
- Assist in setting up and
tearing down events.
- Work during special events to
attend to needs.
- Light repairs, painting, and
routine maintenance.
- Lawn mowing, weed whacking,
leaf blowing, and landscaping.
- Snow shoveling and salting.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions
- Requires prolonged sitting or standing.
- Requires physical exertion to
manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
- Requires stooping, kneeling,
crawling, bending, turning, and reaching.
- Requires climbing and
balancing.
- Must work indoors and outdoors
year-round.
- Must work in noisy and crowded
environments.
- Must work in and around dust,
fumes, and odors.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Desire to continue career
improvement.
- Ability to read chemical labels
and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Ability to initiate and
complete work orders.
- Must have a cell phone.
Ideal Qualifications
- Drivers License.
- Prior facilities work experience.
