- Under the direct supervision of the Vice President, responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external ProMesa Enterprises/Integrated Screening Partners/SafeDate customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department.
- Answers routine and non-routine correspondence and assembles highly
confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important
external callers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the
organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and
organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or
procedures.
