Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a trusted relationship with assigned accounts and agency staff.
- Visit client locations
throughout the Pharmacy service area and provide pharmacy service audits
and training in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Document findings in pharmacy
CRM tool, submit Daily Reports via email to designated pharmacy contacts.
- Understands the services and
scope of the pharmacy to effectively communicate with the account about
pharmacy processes.
- Resolve complaints and
grievances related to the pharmacy services in conjunction with the
pharmacy team.
- Assist in educating clients on
the pharmacy’s processes.
- Be an innovative liaison by
discussing ideas with pharmacy staff on how to effectively meet the
demands of our consumers.
- Participates and actively
engages in professional meetings, conferences, and other sponsored events
as may be requested.
- Manage complex client concerns
and requests in a professional manner to ensure appropriate resolution and
adequate follow- up.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) or experience in a related field or equivalent years of experience or minimum 3 years as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) OR Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensed in the state of Texas with long-term care experience, consulting experience, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge and/or
ability to learn pharmacy applications such as FrameWorkLTC or DocuTrack
preferred
- Reliable transportation and
current (clean) Driver’s License. Frequent travel is required (more than
80%).
- Must have basic computer
proficiency including email and other programs (i.e Microsoft suite
products)
- Detailed individual who thrives
in a fast-paced situations
- Leading a team in a
metrics-based environment
- Must be proficient in English
(reading writing, and verbal communications)
- Must have a high school
diploma, and college experience is a plus
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, sponsorship not available
