Primary
responsibilities
- Open and close service tickets
- Maintain attendance and timecard system for field service techs
- Maintain our answering service system
- Schedule needed rental equipment
- Arrange travel for technicians
- Oversee Preventive Maintenance packages and service calls: scheduling, creating POs, updating documents
- Perform
a variety of accounting administrative tasks: creating quotes and PO's,
answering customers' invoice questions, creating project estimates, etc.
Required
skills and abilities
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Good time management skills
- Excellent
professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Education
and experience
- High school diploma
- Two
years' experience in administration, customer service or a related field
