Primary responsibilities

  • Open and close service tickets
  • Maintain attendance and timecard system for field service techs
  • Maintain our answering service system
  • Schedule needed rental equipment
  • Arrange travel for technicians
  • Oversee Preventive Maintenance packages and service calls: scheduling, creating POs, updating documents
  • Perform a variety of accounting administrative tasks: creating quotes and PO's, answering customers' invoice questions, creating project estimates, etc.

Required skills and abilities

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Education and experience

  • High school diploma
  • Two years' experience in administration, customer service or a related field
