EXPERIENCE
& QUALIFICATIONS
- College
degree preferred.
- Must
have a minimum of one (1) year of health-related patient care
coordination; previous home health experience preferred.
- Proven
sales experience and demonstrate proficiency in meeting/exceeding sales
targets, strongly preferred.
- Ability
to perform cold sales calls and “Ask for the order.”
- Possesses excellent presentation skills.
- Ability
to travel as needed to meet with referral sources, patients and their
families.
- Ability
to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Own a
working home computer or laptop.
- Possess
excellent organizational and documenting skills
- Possess
time and task management skills to visit the appropriate number of
prospects daily.
- Willing
and able to arrange schedule to accommodate client dinner meetings as
needed.
- Willing to assist with training new AEs.Dresses professionally and presents a professional image at all times.
- A
self-starter who can take directions and follow through effectively with
little supervision.
- Able
and willing to work in a team environment.
- Have
ability to assimilate various types of information and make appropriate
decisions.
- Able to
problem-solve in a win-win manner.
- Completes Agency pre-employment requirements.
- Must be
a licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and
insured in accordance with the Agency requirements; have proof of
insurance.
- Efficient use of computer to include Windows, MS Word, Excel and e-mail.
Able to type at least
- 25 words per minute.
