Job Responsibilities
- Provide work direction and leadership to team of hourly employees to meet all HSSE, quality, delivery, and cost expectations of the business.
- Drive compliance to all OSHA,
ISO, and API regulations.
- Coordinate with planners,
manufacturing team, quality, and production controllers to align
production priorities to customer commitments.
- Provide coaching to employees
as it relates to individual performance and development needs.
- Developing process improvements
and procedures for the warehouse’s day-to-day operations, including
creating backup plans for disaster recovery and equipment failure.
- Analyzing business requirements
to implement solutions that meet the goals and objectives.
- Set priorities for the team to
ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other
supervisors.
- Perform administrative duties
to support the business including but not limited to timecards, labor
vouchering, time, and attendance, etc.
- Support process improvement initiatives
to reduce cycle time, increase productivity, and reduce cost.
- Support quality initiatives
such as continuous improvement projects, RCAs, internal/external audits
etc.
- Drive culture of safety,
quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of
materials and support business goals to reduce in processing time for
deliveries.
- Interface with customers both
internal and external to solve problems.
- Organize and maintain inventory
and storage areas to increase processing throughout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of supervisor experience and 8 years of relevant experience).

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
