Job Responsibilities


  • Provide work direction and leadership to team of hourly employees to meet all HSSE, quality, delivery, and cost expectations of the business.
  • Drive compliance to all OSHA, ISO, and API regulations.
  • Coordinate with planners, manufacturing team, quality, and production controllers to align production priorities to customer commitments.
  • Provide coaching to employees as it relates to individual performance and development needs.
  • Developing process improvements and procedures for the warehouse’s day-to-day operations, including creating backup plans for disaster recovery and equipment failure.
  • Analyzing business requirements to implement solutions that meet the goals and objectives.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the business including but not limited to timecards, labor vouchering, time, and attendance, etc.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, increase productivity, and reduce cost.
  • Support quality initiatives such as continuous improvement projects, RCAs, internal/external audits etc.
  • Drive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and support business goals to reduce in processing time for deliveries.
  • Interface with customers both internal and external to solve problems.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to increase processing throughout.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of supervisor experience and 8 years of relevant experience).

  • Prior supervisory/leadership experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadline.
  • Ability to counsel and motivate an hourly workforce.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control best practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency
  • Inventory management and lean process improvements
  • Forklift operations and maintenance activities
  • Ability to analyze data and manage warehouse performance.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • No relocation assistance.
