The DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program seeks top talent. To be considered for enrollment, candidates must meet the following requirements
- Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of
4.0 scale)
- Preferred minimum of 6 months
of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain
management, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or
related fields
- Maximum of 3 years of full-time
industry work experience
- 100% geographic flexibility to
allow for best career development fit
- Willingness to relocate to a
new location every 2 to 3 years
- A four-year company commitment
to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 24 months per
assignment)
- Legal right to work in the
United States without restriction
Preferred
- Six sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months)
- Experience building sustainable customer relationships, business acumen, program management, and process improvement.
