Housing Services Coordinator
Housing and Planning
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus two (2) years of related experience
- Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years
- Education may substitute for experience up to two (2) years.
Licenses or Certifications:
- Must be able to obtain certification in pre-homeownership education training within the first year from date of hire
- Must be able to obtain Homeownership Counseling Certification within the first year from date of hire.
