Summary
The Integrated Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. This position requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position reports to the VP Integrated Marketing but will dotted line on specific projects to the marketing director/snr marketing managers across Brand Strategy/Planning and Creative Development.
This position is based onsite at Corporate HQ in Salisbury, MD.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with creative, content, digital, and social media teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary for campaign execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets, allocating resources effectively.
- Develop project timelines and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and post-project key learnings.
Minimum Education Experience Requirements
BS degree (typically in marketing, business, or related field) or equivalent related work experience plus 5+ years related work experience. PMP certification a plus. Experience as a PMP professional or equivalent. General understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and trends. Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently. Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and a variety of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
