• Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Engineering, Business, Natural Science, or Public Administration plus six (6) years of supervisory or management experience in the environmental field,public or business administration.
• Masters degree may substitute for experience up to a maximum of two (2) years.
