Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness, LLC has an immediate full-time job opening for our Blending Plant Operator position in Earlville, IA. This position is responsible for operating assigned functions within the Blending plant.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks and rail cars
- Plant Utility clean up
- Laboratory technician
- Receiving product
- Panel Operator
Minimum Education
High School diploma or GED (further education preferred)
Experience Preferred
- 0 - 2 years of hands on experience
- Experience with other jobs comparable to any dry goods receiving/handling facility would be a plus
- Great math (calculator provided), computer, and communication skills
- Ability to learn company programs
- Legible writing skills
- Detail oriented
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Physical job. Ability to lift 55 lb bags. Able to move freely throughout the facility to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), exposure to outside temperatures & humidity. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
