Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the department
that initiated the purchase.
- Generate year-end 1099’s
- Initiate payment process in the
accounting system
- Keep accounting/invoices files
up to date.
- Perform data analysis and
financial reporting required by the department.
- Perform data entry of invoices
into Acumatica, Integra, OGSYS.
- Perform follow-up actions and
resolve discrepancies for invoice payment issues.
- Review and recording of expense
reports
- Review invoices for accuracy
and verify a purchase order supports them, work order request, or other
approved requisition document.
- Verify coding on invoices is
accurate before data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
equivalent
- At least three (3) years of related AP work experience
Other Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
spreadsheets, MS Dynamics SL/GP, Acumatica, Integra, Wolfepak, Excalibur,
Docvue and/or other accounting software.
- Good analytical and
problem-solving capability
- Strong oral and written
communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
