Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism is accepting applications for Spring Internships. The Outdoor/Environmental programs assists with outdoor nature and environmentally focused park programs, camps, special events and activities.

- Customer service.
- Assists with the planning, coordinating, instruction and facilitating of various programs and activities.
- Assists with daily facility operations of concessions, campground, rentals, and store.
- Organize and manage recreation equipment and supplies.
- Perform general custodial, and grounds maintenance tasks; set -up and breakdown of various recreation equipment, tables, chairs, pop-up tents, barricades and fencing.
- Actively participate in programs, activities and event with diverse groups.
- Assists with logistical operations for various special events and activities.
- Processes point of sale transactions and reconciles collected funds.
- Motors program and park participants.
