CIBH MENTAL HLTH SVC

• Perform duties necessary to support the forensics unit.
• Assist the program supervisor with ensuring that all operations of the program are meeting the standards set by CIBH’s standards and the fidelity model.
• Provide direct supervision to Clinician IIs. Assign tasks and responsibilities, provide support and guidance to staff, and ensuring that staff receive training for best practice, complete performance reviews.
• Maintain program data and record system, provide program status reports as needed. Ensure that the program complies with regulations and standards of DBHDS and maintains fidelity to evidence-based practices.
• Monitor all budget expenditures within the guidelines of grant-funding.
• Process referrals and applications for the program, verifying eligibility of applicants, assess the recovery needs of the participants, and coordinating services.
• Assist in selection of new staff, training, assigning and evaluating work, including counseling and disciplining, and recommending termination.
• Act as liaison with community, courts, probation and parole, and all other stakeholders.
• Provide services and supports to the program to cover vacant positions.
• Create and submit reports to the courts, CIBH- leadership, the DBHDS, and other stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
