Minimum Requirements
- 2 or more years related
experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of
education and experience
- Associates degree or equivalent
from two-year college or technical school
- Experience in insides sales is
a plus
- Experience/familiarity with
pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical concepts a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand technical and
application elements of core product lines
- Proactively communicate with
customers regarding order status and inquiry follow-up
- Provide to customers: product
pricing, availability/shipment information, competitive crossover in a
timely manner
- Review customer orders and
expedite as necessary
- Enter and follow up on customer
quotations, orders and returns
- Accurately purchase material
that is sent to customers on direct shipments
- Keep abreast of all ERP system
changes
- Proactively request training or
tools that will enable you to perform your job better
- Crossover non-core product to
core when possible
- Maintain a high send of urgency in responding to all customers
