Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Health (CIBH) is looking to meet the growing demand with a Child and Adolescent Licensed Clinician I.

Typical Tasks
Provides clinical mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families
Completes initial and annual assessments on individuals seeking clinical services.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans that are person centered, evidence based, and outcomes oriented.
Serves as a back up to School Based Counseling program
Completes appropriate clinical documentation and assures that assessments and correspondence to outside contacts are clinically appropriate and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Advocates on behalf of the child/adolescent, and their family, in relation to services needed.
Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Maintains records for area of responsibility in accordance with departmental, state, and federal regulations, laws, policies, and procedures; processes daily paperwork including but not limited to client progress notes, authorization forms and daily time sheets.
Completes required annual compliance training, participate actively and constructively in program and professional development.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
