Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job, plus five (5) years of professional-level customer service experience in a field related to the job, including two (2) years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Experience may substitute for education up to a maximum of four (4) years.
