Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in a field related to Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Architecture and four years’ experience in a minority and women owned business orientated procurement, contract administration, and certification program and two (2) years lead or supervision experience.
- Master’s degree may substitute for related experience up to a maximum of two (2) years.
- Experience may substitute for the education up to a maximum of four (4) years.
