Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus five (5) years of experience in a field related to the job, including two (2) years of experience which were in a supervisory, project or program management capacity.
Licenses or Certifications:
- Valid Texas Class C Driver License.
