Job
responsibilities
- Verify
validity of invoices received. Reconcile incoming vendor invoices with our
internal receiving paperwork and purchase orders.
- Ensure
required document compliance prior to payment. Research discrepancies with
appropriate internal staff and external vendors.
- Enter
invoices into accounting software using proper general ledger coding.
- Research
and follow through with vendor requests for outstanding payments.
- Generate
accounts receivable invoices and enter into the system.
- Perform
general administrative tasks including answering phones and ordering insurance
certificates and bonds.
Skills
and Experience
- Associate
degree (preferred)
- Excellent
organizational and time management skills.
- Attention
to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
