Job
Functions
Daily
- Create
Sales Orders for customer orders that have been checked in by Receiving
- Create
Certificates of Compliance as required for Sales Orders
- Apply
customer payments and prepare bank deposits promptly and accurately
- Monitor
customer outstanding balances. Make collection calls and work with customers to
collect on past due balances.
- Fulfill
requests to purchase and receive materials and services according to Turn-Key
Coatings Quality Procedures
- Ensure
that vendor payments are made only after goods are received or services have
been verified.
As
Needed
- Maintain
equipment calibration records.
- Price
orders as directed using pricing model
- Measure
plated parts as required
- Flexibility
to help in other areas as needed
Competencies
- Professional
demeanor in dealing with both customers and vendors.
- Comfortable
using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in preparing customer communications
- Experience
using QuickBooks a plus
- Detail
oriented, able to multi-task
- Must
be fluent in English
- In the absence of the Controller, Accounting Assistants will take direction from the General Manager or President.
