- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Finance, Accounting, or Economics plus two (2) years’ experience in a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Public Administration or other relevant field may be substituted for experience.
