Job
Duties
- Collaborating closely with the Supervisor to efficiently complete QVC-related
packing and shipping tasks.
- Providing guidance and supervision to a team of 6 to 12 packing staff members
on the packing line.
- Setting up packing lines and ensuring all necessary raw materials are in place
for smooth operations.
- Accurately completing paperwork associated with packing and shipping processes.
- Being flexible with work hours, including overtime and occasional weekend
shifts during peak seasons (Oct-Nov-Dec).
- Engaging in heavy lifting and pallet movement as required by the operational
needs.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and manage packing staff,
especially when overcoming potential language barriers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams for efficient communication and
task management.
- Knowledge of First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management principles.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining accurate paperwork, tracing
raw and finished products, and controlling inventory.
- Experience and proficiency in operating both manual and electric Pallet Jacks.

- $18-$20 per hour.
